Make a Difference, Have the Summer of a Lifetime!
Looking for a summer that’s more than just a job? Camp Sebago is calling! We’re looking for staff who love kids, enjoy being active, and want to make a real impact.
As a Christian camp run by The Salvation Army, we give kids and teens (7-16 years) from Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont the chance to experience a week they’ll never forget. Our campers enjoy a safe, and fun-filled environment where they see Christ’s love in action and try activities they may have never done before.
Why Work at Camp Sebago?
Being on staff is more than a summer job, it’s an experience that will stay with you forever. You will:

- Make lifelong friendships with staff from across the U.S. and the world.
- Be a mentor and role model, inspiring campers to dream big, step out, have fun and try new things.
- Take part in skit nights, laugh hard, sing loud and enjoy smores by the campfire.
- Lead or participate in high-energy activities like archery, swimming, boating, sports, nature adventures, arts & crafts, and more.
- Grow as a person and a leader while making a lasting impact on children’s lives.
